What is Case Management Portal?

It's a place where SmartBear customers track and manage all their support cases.

Who can access the portal?

Only SmartBear customers with active Maintenance contracts or SaaS licenses can access the portal.

How do I register?

When you create a new case, the registration link is sent in the confirmation email. If there is no link but you have an active Maintenance contract, please contact your account manager.
