It's a place where SmartBear customers track and manage all their support cases.
Who can access the portal?
Only SmartBear customers with active Maintenance contracts or SaaS licenses can access the portal.
How do I register?
To create a new support case, you don't need to log in. Use our Contact Support Web Form to submit your query. The system will send you a Case Management Portal registration link automatically.
